Siyabulela lives in Buffalo City, Eastern Cape Province. He has pioneered the work amongst the unemployed in Jongilanga, Kwelera. His passion is mentoring and discipling young people thus raising them into leadership. As a Director of the Work 4 All programme of First City Baptist Church he was able to ensure that many of the youth entered their apprenticeship programme and long term employment. He is currently General Manager of the Sophumelela NGO. Siya is assisting with raising the profile and work of Izenzo in this central part of the Eastern Cape.He has a Diploma in Theology and Certificate in Youth Development from Vista University. He is married to Aphiwe and they have 2 children.
Ronald lives and works in Cape Town where he started the work of Izenzo in the Western Cape. Having first entered the townships on mission work at the age of 9 he has over 50 years experience working for social justice within the structures of the Christian community. An architect by profession, he has spent most of his life initiating social enterprises focussed on employment creation, youth development and care of creation. He has a MBA from London Business School and a M Arch (Research) from the University of Cape Town. He is married to Anthea Klopper and they have 2 children, Rachel and Nathan.
Kaya lives in Port Elizabeth where he run his company, Mpulse Media focusing on marketing strategy and media solutions for companies, NGOs and churches. Kaya is passionate about the work and potential of Izenzo and is in charge of marketing and media. As the work expands in the Eastern Cape he is set to grow the work amongst the churches of Port Elizabeth.
Monwabisi is married to Simbongile and they have two beautiful daughters. He is originally from Ilinge Township, Queenstown in the Eastern Cape but has been living in Cape Town for many years now. He has a BA Honours in Human Geography and is almost done with his BSc Honours in Population Studies both done with UWC. Monwabisi has joined Izenzo team in Cape Town to assist on the operational side of things and is passionate about community development and the importance of the church getting its hands dirty with issues of justice or lack thereof in the communities they exist in.
